Ordriva FAQ
Is Ordriva cloud software?
No. Ordriva runs on your own Windows computer or server. Your team opens it in a browser on your network, and your data never leaves your office unless you choose to back it up elsewhere.
What happens when the trial ends?
Send us the Installation ID shown in Ordriva and we issue an activation code for that installation. Everything you entered during the trial stays.
How is Ordriva licensed?
One licence per installation, sized by the number of users, with Procurement as the base and Finance and HR as optional modules. Ask us for a quote.
Can you set it up for us?
Yes. We can load your suppliers, clients, items and opening figures, and train your team.
How do updates work?
Ordriva checks for new versions once a day and tells your administrator when one is available. Updating keeps all your data.
